Nuance App

Nuance is an iOS app developed by ADHD Flow ApS, designed to assist individuals with ADHD in managing their daily lives. The app provides personalized support through an intelligent AI planning tool, knowledge modules revolving around ADHD and a community feature. The content is delivered and owned by ADHD Flow ApS. These Terms of Use are legally binding for all Nuance users. You must accept these terms before using the service.

Subscription

After any trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis until canceled. Charges will be applied according to your chosen subscription plan. It is your responsibility to manage your subscription through the App Store where you initially subscribed. Paid subscriptions cannot be terminated before the end of the current billing period. ADHD Flow does not provide refunds for fees already paid. Failure to pay may result in account deactivation.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, you must do so through the App Store where you originally subscribed. You will continue to be charged for the current subscription period. Please note that cancellation does not result in immediate termination of services; your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Data Protection

We prioritize your privacy and data security. Our use and analysis of your personal information are limited to scenarios outlined in our Privacy Policy. By using Nuance, you agree to our data collection and usage practices as detailed in the Privacy Policy.

Service Maintenance and Stability

Nuance is continuously evolving. ADHD Flow reserves the right to update and modify the app's content and features. While we strive for optimal service availability, we are not liable for interruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to power outages, internet connectivity issues, hardware problems, cyber attacks, or other force majeure events.

Liability

Your use of Nuance is at your own risk. ADHD Flow is not liable for any interference with or damage to your devices, or for any loss, cost, or expense related to your use of our service. We disclaim responsibility for any direct or indirect loss, damage, cost, or expense whatsoever arising from the use of or reliance upon Nuance. ADHD Flow implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure beyond our control.

Data Security

When you sign up for Nuance, we collect your name and email address to provide our service. Payment information is handled by the App Store and is not stored by ADHD Flow. We may use third-party suppliers for development, maintenance, and data storage, potentially located outside of Denmark. All user data is owned by ADHD Flow. Changes to Terms

ADHD Flow reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and our pricing structure. We will provide at least 30 days' notice for significant changes or price adjustments. Notifications will be sent via email.
